Module 1: Introduction to Yoga Anatomy: Definition and Importance of Anatomy in Yoga, Differences between General and Yoga-specific Anatomy, Planes and Directions of the Human Body, Skeletal and Muscular System Overview, Key Anatomical Terminologies, Benefits of Understanding Anatomy for Yoga Instructors.

Module 2: Skeletal System and Joint Movements in Yoga: Major Bones Relevant to Yoga Practice, Types of Joints and Their Functions, Range of Motion in Yoga Poses, Common Skeletal Misalignments in Asana Practice, Spine Structure and Movement, Joint Safety and Stability in Practice.

Module 3: Muscular System and Functional Movement: Types of Muscles and Their Roles in Yoga, Agonist and Antagonist Muscles in Yoga Poses, Muscle Activation and Engagement Techniques, Major Muscle Groups Involved in Key Asanas, Stretching vs Strengthening Concepts, Understanding Muscle Imbalances.

Module 4: Respiratory and Circulatory Systems in Yoga: Structure and Function of the Respiratory System, Importance of Diaphragmatic Breathing, Circulatory System and its Role in Asana and Pranayama, Physiological Benefits of Breath Control, Oxygen Exchange and Energy Flow in the Body, Breath Awareness and Nervous System Regulation.
