The course covers key concepts in digital analytics, including traffic analysis, user behavior tracking, conversion optimization, KPI setting, and campaign performance measurement.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Web Analytics: Understanding the role of web analytics in digital strategy and performance tracking, Key concepts: metrics vs KPIs, dimensions, sessions, bounce rate, conversions, Overview of analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Matomo, Importance of data-driven decision-making in web environments, Types of websites and their analytics goals (e-commerce, blogs, media, corporate), Setting up analytics goals aligned with business objectives.

Module 2: Google Analytics and Platform Setup: Setting up Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for websites and apps, Understanding account structure: property, data stream, and view, Implementing tracking code and verifying data collection, Configuring events, conversions, and user properties, Setting up filters, internal traffic exclusions, and data retention, Connecting Google Analytics with Google Tag Manager and Google Ads.

Module 3: Data Collection and Tag Management: Introduction to Google Tag Manager and its role in data collection, Creating tags, triggers, and variables for custom events, Tracking button clicks, form submissions, scroll depth, downloads, Debugging and testing tags using GTM preview mode, Using UTM parameters for campaign tracking and attribution, Managing pixels and third-party integrations (Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag).

Module 4: Reporting and Data Interpretation: Navigating standard and custom reports in GA4, Analyzing user acquisition, behavior, engagement, and retention, Understanding traffic sources: organic, paid, referral, direct, Analyzing funnel reports, path analysis, and user journey flows, Creating custom dashboards and visualizations in Data Studio, Interpreting metrics to generate actionable insights.

Module 5: Conversion Tracking and Optimization: Setting up and measuring goals: form fills, purchases, downloads, Understanding attribution models and conversion paths, A/B testing fundamentals using Google Optimize and other tools, Identifying and resolving UX drop-offs using behavioral data, Using heatmaps, session recordings, and click tracking tools (Hotjar, Crazy Egg), Conversion rate optimization strategies based on data insights.

Module 6: Advanced Analytics and Career Preparation: Segmentation and cohort analysis for deep audience insights, Integrating analytics with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools, Basics of data privacy laws: GDPR, CCPA, and cookie compliance, Building a portfolio with sample reports, audits, and optimization plans, Freelancing and in-house roles in web analytics and digital marketing, Staying updated with AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and real-time data platforms.
