Objective: The Certified Travel Tech Consultant (Tourism Platforms) course is designed to equip learners with technical, operational, and analytical skills required to manage, implement, and optimize modern tourism platforms. The program focuses on understanding global travel technologies, including online booking engines, property management systems (PMS), channel managers, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Communication Skills and Guest Relations: Effective Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication, Handling Guest and Client Inquiries, Managing Difficult Guests and Customer Complaints, Cross-Cultural Communication in Tourism and Hospitality, Telephone, Email, and Online Messaging Etiquette, Maintaining Professionalism Under Pressure
Module 3: Front Office and Tourism Platform Operations: Check-In and Check-Out Procedures, Reservation and Booking Management Systems, Room Assignment, Key Handling, and Ticketing, Billing, Invoicing, and Payment Procedures, Coordination with Housekeeping, Tours, and Other Departments, Daily Reporting and Record-Keeping
Module 4: Spa, Wellness, and Tour Services: Overview of Spa Treatments, Wellness Programs, and Tourism Packages, Spa Etiquette and Guest Interaction, Booking and Scheduling Appointments or Tours, Handling Special Requests and VIP Guests, Knowledge of Wellness and Travel Programs, Safety, Hygiene, and Security Standards
Module 5: Administrative, Technical, and Platform Skills: Use of Property Management Software (PMS) and Tourism Platforms, Handling Guest and Customer Data Privacy, Inventory, Supplies, and Resource Management, Managing Complaints and Feedback Documentation, Preparing Reports and Statistical Analysis, Time Management and Multitasking Techniques
