Objective: The Certified Textile Quality Management System (QMS) Auditor course is designed to provide participants with specialized knowledge and practical auditing skills to evaluate and ensure compliance with quality management systems in the textile industry. The course covers key QMS principles (e.g., ISO 9001), audit planning and execution, documentation review, internal audit procedures, non-conformance reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.
Assessment Modules:
Module 1: Introduction to Quality Management Systems (QMS) in Textiles: Overview of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Key Principles and Standards of QMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.), Importance of QMS in the Textile Industry, Role of QMS Auditors in Quality Assurance, Key QMS Terminologies and Definitions, Understanding the Textile Supply Chain and Its Quality Control Requirements.
Module 2: QMS Standards and Compliance in Textile Industry: ISO 9001 Standards and Their Application in Textile Manufacturing, Overview of Other Relevant Standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.), Regulatory Requirements for Textile Manufacturers, Key Components of QMS (Document Control, Process Control, Corrective and Preventive Actions), Compliance with Environmental and Social Standards (OEKO-TEX, GOTS), Auditing QMS for Textile Manufacturers.
Module 3: Auditing Techniques and Tools for Textile QMS: Introduction to Auditing Methodology (Internal vs. External Audits), Auditing Techniques for Textile Production Processes, Tools for Auditing QMS (Checklists, Audit Software, Sampling Methods), Conducting Effective Interviews and Observations during Audits, Identifying Non-conformances and Risks in QMS, Audit Planning and Scheduling.
Module 4: Audit Procedures and Reporting: Preparing for QMS Audits in Textile Manufacturing, Document and Record Review during Audits, Interviewing Employees and Reviewing Practices, Analyzing and Identifying Gaps in Compliance, Writing Detailed Audit Reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Communicating Findings and Recommending Corrective Actions.
Module 5: Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in QMS: Understanding the Corrective and Preventive Action Process, Investigating Root Causes of Non-conformances, Developing Action Plans for Continuous Improvement, Auditing CAPA Procedures in Textile Manufacturing, Monitoring and Verifying the Effectiveness of CAPA, Role of Auditors in Driving Continuous Improvement within QMS.
Module 6: QMS Audit Certification, Documentation, and Continuous Improvement: QMS Audit Certification Process and Requirements for Textile Companies, Documentation and Record-Keeping for QMS Audits, Role of QMS Auditors in Supporting Textile Companies’ Certification, Analyzing Audit Data for Continuous Improvement, Trends in Quality Management for the Textile Industry, Advancements in QMS and Auditing Technologies for Textiles.
