The course covers sales process fundamentals, customer relationship management, lead generation and qualification, sales documentation, order processing, and communication techniques.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Sales Support: Role and Responsibilities of a Sales Support Executive, Sales Support in the Sales Cycle, Understanding Sales Terminology, Key Sales Support Skills, Importance of Customer Service, Sales Team Collaboration.
Module 2: Product Knowledge and Sales Tools: Understanding Product Features and Benefits, Competitor Product Analysis, Sales Enablement Tools, CRM Systems Basics, Sales Documentation and Collateral, Using Sales Software Effectively.
Module 3: Customer Relationship Management: Customer Profiling and Segmentation, Managing Customer Queries and Requests, Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships, Handling Customer Complaints, Effective Communication Skills, Customer Feedback Collection.
Module 4: Order Processing and Coordination: Sales Order Management, Coordination with Inventory and Logistics, Processing Invoices and Payments, Managing Sales Records, Handling Returns and Exchanges, Ensuring Order Accuracy and Timely Delivery.
Module 5: Sales Reporting and Analysis: Sales Data Collection Methods, Preparing Sales Reports, Analyzing Sales Performance Metrics, Identifying Sales Trends, Supporting Sales Forecasting, Using Data to Improve Sales Support.
Module 6: Personal Development and Professionalism: Time Management and Organization Skills, Problem-Solving in Sales Support, Professional Etiquette and Ethics, Continuous Learning and Skill Development, Stress Management, Working Effectively in a Team.
