Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Retail Supply Chain Management: Overview of Retail Supply Chain Concepts and Functions, Structure and Flow of Goods in Retail Supply Chains, Role and Responsibilities of a Retail SCM Manager, Differences Between Traditional and Omnichannel Retail Supply Chains, Key Stakeholders and Partners in Retail SCM, Current Trends and Challenges in Retail Supply Chain.
Module 2: Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management: Retail Procurement Processes and Policies, Supplier Selection, Evaluation, and Onboarding, Strategic Sourcing and Category Management, Supplier Performance Monitoring and Development, Contracts, Negotiations, and Risk Sharing, Collaborative Planning with Vendors.
Module 3: Inventory Planning and Demand Forecasting: Inventory Classification and Control Techniques, Demand Forecasting Tools and Methods, Replenishment Strategies and Safety Stock Management, EOQ and JIT in Retail Context, Seasonal and Promotional Inventory Planning, Inventory Accuracy and Shrinkage Control.
Module 4: Warehousing, Distribution, and Fulfillment: Warehouse Operations and Layout for Retail Goods, Order Processing, Picking, Packing, and Shipping, Retail Distribution Network Design, Hub-and-Spoke and Cross-Docking Models, Fulfillment Models (In-store, Online, Hybrid), Integration of WMS and Retail ERP Systems.
Module 5: Retail Logistics and Transportation Management: Last-Mile Delivery and Store Replenishment, Freight Planning and Carrier Management, Routing and Load Optimization, Cold Chain and Special Retail Handling Requirements, Reverse Logistics and Returns Handling, Sustainability in Retail Transportation.
Module 6: Technology, Performance, and Customer Service in Retail SCM: Retail SCM Analytics and KPIs, Role of AI and Automation in Retail Supply Chains, Blockchain, IoT, and RFID in Retail Tracking, Enhancing Customer Experience through SCM Efficiency, Omnichannel Integration and Real-Time Visibility, Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning in Retail Supply Chains.
