The program covers all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Project Integration Management: Developing project charter, Creating project management plan, Directing and managing project work, Managing project knowledge, Monitoring and controlling project work, Performing integrated change control.

Module 2: Project Scope Management: Collecting requirements, Defining project scope, Creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Validating scope, Controlling scope, Managing scope changes.

Module 3: Project Schedule Management: Defining activities, Sequencing activities, Estimating activity durations, Developing project schedule, Controlling schedule, Using scheduling tools and techniques.

Module 4: Project Cost Management: Estimating costs, Determining budget, Controlling costs, Cost management planning, Earned value management (EVM), Managing cost variances.

Module 5: Project Quality and Resource Management: Planning quality management, Managing quality assurance, Controlling quality, Planning resource management, Acquiring resources, Developing and managing project teams.

Module 6: Project Communication, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management: Planning communications, Managing communications, Monitoring communications, Identifying risks, Performing risk analysis, Planning and managing procurements, Identifying and engaging stakeholders.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
