Objective: This course aims to provide students with a foundational understanding of meditation, yoga, and introductory tantra principles. Students will learn various meditation techniques, basic yoga postures, breathing exercises, and introductory tantra philosophy and practices that enhance mindfulness, energy flow, and emotional balance.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Foundations of Tantra: Origins and Philosophy of Tantra, Key Concepts in Tantra, Differences Between Yoga and Tantra, Role of Energy in Tantra, Introduction to Chakras, Importance of Intention in Tantra.
Module 3: Meditation Techniques in Tantra: Tantric Meditation Overview, Visualization Practices, Mantra Meditation, Breath Control (Pranayama) in Tantra, Cultivating Awareness and Presence, Techniques for Energy Activation.
Module 4: Yoga Practices in Tantra: Tantric Asanas and Their Significance, Kundalini Yoga Basics, Use of Mudras in Tantra, Bandhas and Energy Locks, Developing Flexibility and Strength, Integrating Breath and Movement.
Module 5: Tantra for Emotional and Spiritual Healing: Understanding Emotional Energy, Tantra for Stress Reduction, Techniques for Releasing Emotional Blockages, Building Intimacy and Connection, Practices for Self-Love and Compassion, Cultivating Spiritual Awareness.
Module 6: Practical Applications and Ethics: Ethics and Responsibilities of a Tantra Practitioner, Setting Up a Safe Practice Space, Client Interaction and Communication, Creating Personalized Practice Plans, Integrating Meditation, Yoga, and Tantra, Certification Preparation and Continuing Education.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
