Objective: The Certified Meditation for Children & Teens Instructor course aims to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and practical techniques to teach meditation effectively to children and teenagers. The course focuses on understanding the developmental stages of young minds, recognizing their unique emotional and cognitive needs, and applying age-appropriate meditation practices.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Understanding Child and Adolescent Development: Cognitive, emotional, and social stages of development, Common stressors for children and teens, Emotional regulation and self-awareness, Impact of technology and social media, Building resilience and coping skills, Recognizing individual differences and needs
Module 3: Meditation Techniques for Children and Teens: Breath awareness and calming exercises, Guided imagery and storytelling meditation, Mindfulness games and playful activities, Body scan and gentle movement, Gratitude and loving-kindness practices, Short focus and attention-enhancing exercises
Module 4: Designing Meditation Programs for Youth: Structuring sessions for different age groups, Customizing techniques for classroom and home settings, Integrating meditation with school routines, Developing engaging and interactive activities, Monitoring progress and participation, Creating a safe and supportive environment
Module 5: Facilitation Skills and Engagement Strategies: Effective communication with children and teens, Building rapport and trust, Using storytelling, visualization, and creativity, Managing group behavior and attention, Encouraging reflection and self-expression, Motivating regular practice and participation
Module 6: Professional Practices and Ethics: Ethical considerations in youth meditation programs, Maintaining confidentiality and child safety, Continuing personal mindfulness and meditation practice, Legal and safeguarding responsibilities, Collaborating with parents, educators, and counselors, Career pathways as a meditation instructor for children and teens
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
- Number of Questions- 30.
- Number of Questions from each module: 5.
- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
- There is no negative marking in any module.
