Objective: The Certified Junior Management Consultant course is designed to prepare entry-level professionals with the fundamental knowledge and skills required to assist organizations in solving business challenges and improving performance. The course covers key consulting methodologies, problem-solving techniques, data analysis, project management basics, client communication, and report writing.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Management Consulting: Overview of Management Consulting Industry, Role and Responsibilities of a Junior Consultant, Types of Consulting Services, Consulting Process and Methodologies, Key Consulting Skills, Ethical Considerations in Consulting.
Module 2: Business Analysis and Problem Solving: Understanding Business Problems, Data Collection Techniques, SWOT Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Problem-Solving Frameworks, Developing Actionable Recommendations.
Module 3: Communication and Presentation Skills
Effective Business Communication, Writing Reports and Proposals, Presentation Techniques, Stakeholder Management, Active Listening and Feedback, Negotiation Basics
Module 4: Project Management Fundamentals: Project Planning and Scheduling, Resource Allocation, Risk Management, Monitoring and Controlling Projects, Use of Project Management Tools, Deliverable and Milestone Management.
Module 5: Change Management and Implementation: Understanding Change Management, Models of Change (Kotter, ADKAR), Managing Resistance to Change, Stakeholder Engagement, Training and Support, Measuring Change Effectiveness.
Module 6: Consulting Tools and Technologies: Use of Analytical Tools (Excel, SWOT, PESTLE), Business Intelligence and Data Visualization, CRM and ERP Basics, Digital Collaboration Tools, Time Management Tools, Emerging Technologies in Consulting.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
- Number of Questions- 30.
- Number of Questions from each module: 5.
- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
- There is no negative marking in any module.
