Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).
Objective: The Certified Java Programmer course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to develop robust, efficient, and secure applications using the Java programming language. The course covers core Java concepts such as object-oriented programming, data types, control structures, classes and objects, inheritance, polymorphism, exception handling, and Java API libraries.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.
Assessment Modules:
Module 1: Java Basics and Environment: Introduction to Java and JVM, Setting Up JDK and IDE, Data Types and Variables, Operators and Expressions, Control Flow Statements (if, switch, loops), Basic I/O and Console Input
Module 2: Object‑Oriented Programming in Java: Classes and Objects, Constructors and Initialization, Encapsulation and Access Modifiers, Inheritance and Polymorphism, Abstract Classes and Interfaces, Method Overloading and Overriding
Module 3: Core Java APIs: String and StringBuilder Classes, Arrays and Collections Framework (List, Set, Map), Wrapper Classes and Autoboxing, Exception Handling (try, catch, finally), Generics Basics, Java Date and Time API
Module 4: Advanced Java Concepts: Nested and Inner Classes, Lambda Expressions and Functional Interfaces, Streams API, Enums and Annotations, Concurrency Basics (Threads, Runnable), Synchronization and Thread Safety
Module 5: Java I/O and Networking: File I/O with java.io and java.nio, Serialization and Deserialization, Buffered vs Unbuffered Streams, Networking Basics with Sockets, URL and HTTP Connections, Properties and Resource Bundles
Module 6: Java Development Practices: Build Tools (Maven/Gradle basics), Unit Testing with JUnit, Debugging and Logging, Packaging and Deployment (JARs), Introduction to Java Modules (JPMS), Best Practices and Coding Standards
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
- Number of Questions- 30.
- Number of Questions from each module: 5.
- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
- There is no negative marking in any module.
