Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.
Assessment Modules:
Module 1: Fundamentals of International Sales and Trade: Introduction to international sales management, Global trade frameworks and regulations, Key differences between domestic and international selling, Role of international sales in business growth, Export-import procedures and compliance basics, Overview of INCOTERMS and trade documentation.
Module 2: International Market Research and Entry Strategies: Identifying and evaluating global markets, Market entry strategies (exporting, licensing, joint ventures, subsidiaries), Competitive analysis in global markets, Cultural, political and economic factors in market selection, Risk assessment and mitigation in international ventures, Building a global customer profile.
Module 3: Global Sales Planning and Strategy Development: Setting international sales goals and KPIs, Developing region-wise sales strategies, International pricing strategies and cost considerations, Designing global sales plans and forecasts, Distribution and logistics planning across borders, Aligning international sales with overall business strategy.
Module 4: Managing Multicultural Sales Teams and Clients: Cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, Leading and managing geographically dispersed sales teams, Understanding global buyer behavior and expectations, Conflict resolution in multicultural environments, Ethics and compliance in international sales, Motivating and incentivizing international sales teams.
Module 5: International Sales Channels and Partnerships: Identifying and selecting global sales channels, Building and managing international distributor and agent relationships, E-commerce and digital sales platforms for global outreach, Franchise and licensing models for international sales, Channel conflict management, Performance evaluation of global sales partners.
Module 6: Legal, Financial and Technological Aspects of International Sales: International sales contracts and legal considerations, Handling foreign currency and international payments, Taxation and tariffs in cross-border sales, Using CRM and sales enablement tools globally, Cybersecurity and data protection in international transactions, Leveraging technology for virtual selling and remote sales management.

- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
