Objective: The Certified Hospitality Operations Coordinator course is designed to train professionals to efficiently manage and coordinate day-to-day operations within the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, and restaurants. The course provides comprehensive knowledge of front office, housekeeping, food and beverage services, guest relations, and facility management.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Front Office and Guest Services Management: Front Desk Operations and Check-In/Check-Out Procedures, Concierge and Guest Assistance Services, Managing VIP and Special Guests, Handling Guest Complaints and Feedback, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Ensuring Exceptional Guest Experiences
Module 3: Housekeeping and Facility Coordination: Housekeeping Standards and Procedures, Maintenance and Upkeep of Guest Rooms and Facilities, Coordination with Other Departments, Inventory and Resource Management, Health, Safety, and Hygiene Compliance, Quality Assurance and Inspections
Module 4: Food & Beverage and Event Operations: Restaurant and Bar Management, Menu Planning and Presentation, Event and Banquet Coordination, Service Standards and Guest Engagement, Hygiene and Food Safety Compliance, Cost Control and Resource Optimization
