Objective: This course is designed to equip hospitality professionals with the knowledge and skills to identify, assess, and manage compliance and risk issues in hotels, resorts, and other hospitality establishments. Participants will learn about regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, financial compliance, operational risk management, crisis management, and internal auditing.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Regulatory Frameworks & Legal Compliance: Understanding hospitality laws and regulations, Health, safety, and environmental compliance, Labor laws and employment regulations, Licensing and permits management, Food safety and hygiene regulations, Monitoring and auditing compliance adherence
Module 3: Risk Identification & Assessment: Types of risks in hospitality operations, Operational and strategic risk assessment, Financial and reputational risk analysis, Risk assessment tools and methodologies, Identifying high-risk areas and vulnerabilities, Prioritizing risks for mitigation planning
Module 4: Risk Mitigation & Crisis Management: Developing risk mitigation strategies, Implementing operational controls and procedures, Emergency preparedness and response planning, Crisis management protocols and communication, Staff training and awareness programs, Monitoring and updating risk management plans
Module 5: Audit, Monitoring & Reporting: Internal and external audits in hospitality, Compliance monitoring systems and tools, Documentation and record-keeping practices, Reporting frameworks for management and stakeholders, Key performance indicators for compliance, Continuous evaluation and improvement

- Duration- 60 minutes.

- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
