Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).
Objective: The Certified Front Desk Executive course is designed to prepare professionals to efficiently manage front desk operations, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The program covers key skills such as visitor management, telephone etiquette, appointment scheduling, handling inquiries and complaints, data entry, and using front desk management software.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Role and Responsibilities of a Front Desk Executive: Understanding the front desk role, Key duties and daily tasks, Professionalism and workplace ethics, Communication skills essentials, Handling confidential information, Importance of first impressions.
Module 2: Reception and Customer Service Skills: Greeting and welcoming visitors, Managing incoming calls and messages, Handling customer inquiries efficiently, Managing difficult customers, Providing accurate information, Multitasking at the front desk.
Module 3: Appointment and Schedule Management: Booking and managing appointments, Using scheduling software, Coordinating meeting rooms and resources, Handling cancellations and rescheduling, Time management skills, Maintaining appointment records.
Module 4: Administrative and Documentation Tasks: Managing correspondence (emails, letters, packages), Maintaining visitor logs and records, Preparing reports and basic documentation, Filing and data entry skills, Inventory management of office supplies, Handling petty cash and payments.
Module 5: Security and Emergency Procedures: Monitoring access control and visitor badges, Reporting suspicious activities, Emergency response protocols, Fire safety and evacuation plans, First aid basics, Coordination with security personnel.
Module 6: Technology and Tools for Front Desk: Using telephone systems and switchboards, Operating office equipment (printers, scanners), Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, Using CRM and visitor management software, Basic troubleshooting skills, Keeping up with digital communication trends.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
- Number of Questions- 30.
- Number of Questions from each module: 5.
- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
- There is no negative marking in any module.
