Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).
Objective: The Certified Exhibition & Display Designer course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to design and execute compelling exhibitions, trade shows, museum displays, and retail installations. The course covers exhibition design principles, spatial planning, visual storytelling, display techniques, materials and fabrication, lighting, signage, and audience engagement strategies.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Exhibition and Display Design: Introduction to exhibition and display design, Principles of visual communication and design, Understanding spatial planning and human flow, Color, typography, and graphic elements, History and evolution of exhibitions, Case studies of impactful exhibition designs
Module 2: Concept Development and Ideation: Brainstorming and idea generation techniques, Developing creative concepts and themes, Storyboarding and narrative structuring, Sketching and conceptual drawings, Mood boards and material exploration, Iteration and feedback process
Module 3: Materials, Fabrication, and Production: Selection of materials for durability and aesthetics, Fabrication techniques (wood, metal, acrylic, modular systems), Surface finishes and treatments, Collaboration with fabricators and vendors, Sustainable and eco-friendly materials, Quality control and production management
Module 4: Digital Integration and Interactive Displays: Incorporating digital media and interactive technology, Projection mapping and video integration, Touchscreens and interactive kiosks, Augmented and virtual reality in exhibitions, Multimedia storytelling, Emerging trends in digital exhibition design
Module 5: Lighting, Signage, and Environmental Elements: Principles of lighting for exhibitions, Accent and ambient lighting techniques, Signage and wayfinding design, Environmental graphics integration, Creating mood and atmosphere through lighting, Safety and accessibility considerations
Module 6: Professional Practice and Portfolio Development: Developing a professional exhibition design portfolio, Presenting concepts to clients and stakeholders, Project management and budgeting, Collaboration with creative and technical teams, Ethical and regulatory considerations, Continuous learning and professional growth
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
- Number of Questions- 30.
- Number of Questions from each module: 5.
- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
