Objective: The objective of the Certified ERP Executive (Textiles & Apparel) course is to provide participants with in-depth understanding and hands-on skills in implementing and managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems tailored for the textiles and apparel industry. The course covers ERP fundamentals, module integration (including inventory, production, procurement, sales, and finance), data management, and process automation specific to textile operations.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: ERP Implementation Process: Planning and Preparing for ERP Implementation, Steps in the ERP System Selection Process, Understanding the Role of Consultants and Stakeholders in Implementation, Data Migration and Integration from Legacy Systems to ERP, Customization and Configuration of ERP Software for Textile & Apparel, Testing, Training, and Go-live Process.
Module 3: ERP for Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Managing Raw Materials, Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods Inventory in ERP, Real-Time Tracking of Inventory and Stock Levels, Managing Multiple Warehouse Locations and Stock Movement, Optimizing Supply Chain Operations with ERP, Supplier and Vendor Management within ERP, Forecasting and Demand Planning Using ERP.
Module 4: ERP for Production and Manufacturing Management: Production Planning and Scheduling with ERP, Managing Manufacturing Orders and Bill of Materials (BOM), Monitoring Production Efficiency and Resource Utilization, Quality Control and Assurance within ERP, Integration of ERP with Manufacturing Equipment (IoT and Automation), Tracking Production Costs and Variances.
Module 5: ERP for Financial and Cost Management: Financial Management and Accounting Modules in ERP, Managing Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting, Costing and Profitability Analysis Using ERP, Integration of Inventory and Production Costs in ERP Systems, Managing Cash Flow and Payments through ERP, Ensuring Regulatory Compliance and Auditing with ERP.
