Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).
Objective: The Certified Decision-Making Coach course is designed to equip participants with advanced coaching techniques and decision-making frameworks to support clients in improving their decision quality. The program covers cognitive biases, risk assessment, problem-solving models, and emotional intelligence as they relate to decision-making.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Decision-Making Coaching: Role and responsibilities of a decision-making coach, Difference between coaching and consulting, Ethical considerations and confidentiality, Building trust and rapport with clients, Understanding decision-making challenges, The coaching mindset for decision support.
Module 2: Decision-Making Theories and Models: Rational decision-making model, Bounded rationality and heuristics, Intuitive decision-making, Prospect theory and risk perception, Group decision-making dynamics, Behavioral economics influences.
Module 3: Cognitive Biases and Decision Traps: Common cognitive biases (confirmation, anchoring, overconfidence), Emotional influences on decisions, Avoiding decision-making pitfalls, Awareness and mitigation strategies, Role of mindset in decision quality, Techniques to enhance objectivity.
Module 4: Coaching Techniques for Effective Decisions: Powerful questioning for clarity, Active and reflective listening, Scenario planning and visualization, Facilitating pros and cons analysis, Enhancing critical thinking skills, Supporting client accountability.
Module 5: Tools and Frameworks for Decision Support: Decision trees and flowcharts, SWOT and cost-benefit analysis, Risk assessment tools, Multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA), Use of technology and decision support systems, Incorporating data and analytics.
Module 6: Practice Management and Measuring Impact: Setting coaching agreements and goals, Managing client expectations, Confidentiality and ethical dilemmas, Evaluating coaching outcomes, Marketing and growing a coaching practice, Continuous learning and professional development.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
- Number of Questions- 30.
- Number of Questions from each module: 5.
- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
- There is no negative marking in any module.
