Objective: The Certified Credit Analyst course aims to develop a deep understanding of credit analysis principles, financial evaluation, and risk assessment techniques used in lending and investment decisions. The course provides participants with practical knowledge of analyzing financial statements, assessing borrower creditworthiness, determining repayment capacity, and understanding various types of credit facilities.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Credit Analysis – Role and Responsibilities of a Credit Analyst, Overview of the Credit Industry and Financial Institutions, Types of Credit (Retail, Corporate, SME, Trade), Credit Lifecycle and Process Flow, Regulatory Framework and Compliance, Ethical Practices and Professional Conduct
Module 2: Financial Statement Analysis – Understanding and Interpreting Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements, Ratio Analysis (Liquidity, Profitability, Leverage, Efficiency), Common Size and Trend Analysis, Cash Flow and Fund Flow Analysis, Assessing Financial Health and Performance, Identifying Red Flags and Accounting Risks
Module 3: Credit Appraisal and Risk Assessment – Borrower Evaluation and Creditworthiness, Business and Industry Risk Assessment, Collateral Evaluation and Security Analysis, Credit Scoring Models and Internal Rating Systems, Sensitivity and Scenario Analysis, Decision-Making in Credit Approvals
Module 4: Loan Structuring and Documentation – Designing Appropriate Credit Facilities, Structuring Term Loans, Working Capital Finance, and Project Finance, Credit Covenants and Terms, Loan Agreements and Documentation, Legal and Regulatory Considerations, Monitoring and Reviewing Loan Performance
Module 5: Problem Loans, Recovery, and Restructuring – Early Warning Signals and Credit Monitoring, Identifying and Managing Stressed Assets, Loan Restructuring and Rehabilitation, Non-Performing Assets (NPA) Management, Recovery Mechanisms and Legal Remedies, Write-Offs and Provisioning Norms
Module 6: Advanced Credit Analysis and Emerging Trends – Sector-Specific Credit Analysis (Real Estate, Manufacturing, Services), Credit Risk Modeling and Quantitative Techniques, Application of FinTech and AI in Credit Assessment, ESG Considerations in Credit Decisions, Basel Norms and Capital Adequacy Framework, Future Trends in Credit Risk Management

- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
