Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 3: Operations and Supply Chain Management: Operations Strategy and Competitiveness, Process Analysis and Design, Capacity Planning and Facility Layout, Inventory Management Techniques, Quality Management and Six Sigma, Supply Chain Integration and Logistics.
Module 4: Marketing Management: Market Segmentation and Targeting, Consumer Behavior and Buying Process, Product Life Cycle and Portfolio Management, Pricing Strategies and Models, Distribution Channels and Retailing, Integrated Marketing Communications.
Module 5: Financial Management: Time Value of Money Concepts, Financial Statement Analysis, Working Capital Management, Capital Budgeting Techniques (NPV, IRR), Cost of Capital and Capital Structure, Dividend Policy Decisions.
Module 6: Human Resource and Performance Management: HR Planning and Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal Systems, Compensation and Benefits Management, Employee Engagement and Retention, Legal and Ethical Issues in HRM.
