Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).
Objective: The Certified Ayurveda Yoga Practitioner course is designed to train individuals to integrate the principles of Ayurveda with yoga practices to promote holistic health and wellness. The course provides knowledge of Ayurveda’s foundational concepts, including the doshas (body constitutions), diet, lifestyle, and daily routines, alongside yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness practices.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Ayurveda and Yoga: History and philosophy of Ayurveda, Principles of yoga and holistic wellness, Mind-body connection and dosha system, Ethics and professional conduct, Overview of major Ayurvedic and yoga traditions, Benefits of integrating Ayurveda with yoga practice
Module 2: Ayurveda Principles for Yoga Practice: Understanding the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), Assessing individual constitution (Prakriti), Imbalances and their impact on health, Diet and lifestyle recommendations for dosha balance, Ayurvedic daily routines (Dinacharya) for wellness, Seasonal practices (Ritucharya) and adaptation
Module 3: Yoga Asanas and Techniques for Ayurveda: Asanas for balancing doshas, Gentle and restorative practices, Breathwork (Pranayama) for dosha harmony, Sequencing yoga sessions according to constitution, Modifications for different abilities, Therapeutic applications of yoga postures
Module 4: Pranayama, Meditation, and Mindfulness: Breath techniques for balancing energy and mind, Meditation for emotional and mental well-being, Mindfulness practices for stress management, Visualization and relaxation techniques, Integration of breath and meditation with dosha principles, Safety guidelines and contraindications
Module 5: Ayurveda and Yoga for Health and Healing: Using yoga and Ayurveda for preventive care, Therapeutic approaches for common disorders, Enhancing digestion, immunity, and energy, Detoxification and cleansing techniques, Integrating herbal remedies and lifestyle interventions, Monitoring progress and individualized practice plans
Module 6: Teaching Methodology and Professional Development: Designing Ayurveda-based yoga programs, Effective communication and guidance skills, Adapting practices for diverse populations, Creating safe and supportive learning environments, Marketing, leadership, and building a holistic wellness community, Continuous learning and advanced training in Ayurveda and yoga
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
- Number of Questions- 30.
- Number of Questions from each module: 5.
- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
- There is no negative marking in any module.
