Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).
Objective: The course is designed to provide professionals with comprehensive knowledge of the legal, regulatory, and ethical standards that govern the apparel industry. It focuses on understanding and auditing the compliance of apparel manufacturers with international regulations, environmental policies, and social standards (e.g., labor laws, safety standards, and sustainability protocols).
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.
Assessment Modules:
Module 1: Introduction to Apparel Compliance: Overview of Apparel Compliance and Auditing, Key Regulatory Bodies and Standards (ISO, ASTM, CE, etc.), Importance of Compliance in the Apparel Industry, Role and Responsibilities of an Apparel Compliance Auditor, Global Trade and Compliance Challenges, Ethical Standards in Apparel Manufacturing.
Module 2: Legal and Regulatory Framework: Overview of Local and International Apparel Regulations, Understanding Labor Laws and Worker Rights, Environmental Regulations in Apparel Manufacturing, Product Safety Standards for Apparel, Labeling and Packaging Compliance (Country of Origin, Care Labels, etc.), Intellectual Property Rights and Counterfeit Prevention.
Module 3: Apparel Supply Chain and Vendor Compliance: Supply Chain Management and its Role in Compliance, Vendor Selection and Due Diligence, Auditing and Monitoring Vendor Practices, Risk Assessment in Apparel Supply Chains, Ethical Sourcing and Fair Trade Practices, Traceability and Transparency in Apparel Manufacturing.
Module 4: Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Health and Safety Standards in Apparel Factories, Workplace Hazard Identification and Risk Management, Environmental Impact of Apparel Production, Waste Management and Pollution Control, Energy Efficiency in Apparel Manufacturing, Sustainable and Green Certifications (GOTS, OEKO-TEX, etc.).
Module 5: Quality Assurance and Product Testing: Quality Assurance Practices in Apparel Production, Testing Apparel for Compliance (Fabric Testing, Durability, Colorfastness, etc.), Understanding and Implementing Product Standards (REACH, CPSIA), Auditing Compliance in Finished Products, Addressing Non-compliance and Corrective Actions, Record Keeping and Documentation for Auditing.
Module 6: Compliance Reporting and Auditing Techniques: Conducting Apparel Compliance Audits (Planning, Execution, Reporting), Effective Communication and Reporting with Stakeholders, Audit Tools and Software for Compliance Management, Addressing Non-Conformities and Penalties, Auditing Ethical Labor Practices, Continuous Improvement in Apparel Compliance Systems.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
