Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).
Objective: The objective of the Certified Yoga Retreat Coordinator course is to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to plan, organize, and manage yoga retreats effectively. The course covers a broad range of topics including the logistics of retreat management, designing transformative yoga programs, understanding the needs of participants, as well as fostering a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment for yogis of all levels.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Yoga Retreat Coordination: Overview of Yoga Retreats, Types of Yoga Retreats, Roles and Responsibilities of a Coordinator, Benefits of Yoga Retreats, Key Elements of a Successful Retreat, Understanding Target Audience.
Module 2: Planning and Designing Yoga Retreats: Setting Goals and Objectives, Choosing Location and Venue, Designing Retreat Schedule, Selecting Yoga Styles and Activities, Budgeting and Financial Planning, Legal and Safety Considerations.
Module 3: Marketing and Promotion: Branding Your Retreat, Creating Marketing Materials, Social Media Strategies, Building Partnerships and Collaborations, Managing Registrations and Payments, Customer Relationship Management.
Module 4: Managing Operations and Logistics: Booking and Vendor Management, Accommodation and Transportation Coordination, Food and Nutrition Planning, Equipment and Supplies, Handling Emergencies, Communication with Participants.
Module 5: Facilitating Yoga and Wellness Activities: Basics of Yoga Practice and Instruction, Mindfulness and Meditation Techniques, Incorporating Workshops and Guest Speakers, Cultural Sensitivity and Inclusiveness, Creating a Supportive Environment, Managing Group Dynamics.
Module 6: Evaluation and Follow-up: Gathering Feedback and Testimonials, Measuring Success and Impact, Handling Complaints and Conflicts, Continuous Improvement Strategies, Building a Community Post-Retreat, Planning Future Retreats.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.

- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
