Objective: The objective of the Certified Textile Supply Chain Manager course is to equip participants with advanced knowledge and practical expertise in managing and optimizing supply chains specifically within the textile industry. The course covers end-to-end supply chain processes including raw material sourcing, vendor management, production planning, inventory control, logistics, quality assurance, and compliance with global trade and sustainability standards.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Sourcing and Procurement in the Textile Industry: Global Sourcing Strategies for Textiles, Identifying and Evaluating Textile Suppliers and Manufacturers, Negotiation Techniques and Contract Management, Managing Raw Materials (Fibers, Fabrics, Dyes) and Components, Supplier Relationship Management and Performance Monitoring, Ethical and Sustainable Sourcing Practices in Textiles.
Module 3: Textile Production and Manufacturing Management: Understanding Textile Manufacturing Processes (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing), Coordination Between Production and Supply Chain Teams, Managing Production Lead Times and Timely Deliveries, Quality Control Measures in Textile Manufacturing, Inventory Management in the Production Process, Lean Manufacturing and Process Optimization in Textiles.
Module 4: Logistics and Distribution in the Textile Industry: Key Concepts of Logistics in the Textile Supply Chain, Transportation and Freight Management for Textile Goods, Managing Warehouses and Distribution Centers, Distribution Channel Strategies for Textiles (Direct, Wholesale, E-commerce), International Shipping and Customs Compliance, Managing Inventory Flow and Stock Rotation in Distribution.
Module 5: Demand Forecasting and Inventory Management: Principles and Techniques for Textile Demand Forecasting, Data-Driven Approaches for Inventory Planning, Balancing Inventory Levels with Demand Fluctuations, Stock Control Methods (FIFO, JIT, Safety Stock), Managing Seasonal Peaks and Product Lifecycle in Textiles, The Role of ERP Systems in Inventory Management.
