Objective: The Certified Apparel Production Manager course is designed to develop advanced skills and knowledge in managing the entire apparel production lifecycle. It focuses on planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the production process within garment manufacturing units. Participants learn production scheduling, resource allocation, quality assurance, cost management, supply chain coordination, and workforce supervision.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Apparel Production Management: Overview of Apparel Production, Roles and Responsibilities of a Production Manager, Apparel Industry Structure, Production Process Flow, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Production, Industry Trends and Challenges.
Module 2: Production Planning and Control: Forecasting and Demand Planning, Production Scheduling Techniques, Resource Allocation and Optimization, Capacity Planning and Utilization, Lead Time Management, Work Order and Workflow Management.
Module 3: Fabric and Material Management: Fabric Selection and Sourcing, Inventory Control Systems, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Costing and Budgeting for Raw Materials, Supplier Relationship Management, Material Handling and Storage.
Module 4: Garment Manufacturing Processes: Cutting Room Management, Sewing and Assembly Line Operations, Finishing and Pressing Techniques, Production Line Balancing and Efficiency, Time and Motion Study, Workstation Ergonomics.
Module 5: Quality Assurance and Control in Apparel Production: Quality Control Systems in Apparel Production, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Inspection Methods and Techniques, Quality Audits and Compliance, Defect Classification and Reduction, International Quality Standards.
Module 6: Costing, Budgeting, and Resource Management: Garment Costing Techniques, Cost Reduction Strategies, Budgeting for Apparel Production, Production Cost Analysis, Resource Planning and Management, Profit Margin Optimization.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
