Objective: The Certified Supply Chain Consultant course is designed to equip participants with advanced knowledge and strategic capabilities to analyze, improve, and manage end-to-end supply chain operations. The course covers supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, demand forecasting, supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, and the application of digital tools like ERP, SCM software, and data analytics.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.
Assessment Modules:
Module 1: Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management (SCM): Introduction to supply chain concepts and evolution, Key components and functions of a modern supply chain, Supply chain objectives: cost, quality, speed, flexibility, Overview of supply chain types: push, pull, agile, lean, Role of a supply chain consultant in optimization and integration, Global trends and challenges in supply chain management.
Module 2: Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management: Strategic sourcing and supplier selection criteria, Procurement cycles and methods (RFQ, RFP, e-Procurement), Vendor evaluation, onboarding, and performance monitoring, Negotiation techniques and cost-saving strategies, Contract management and legal considerations in procurement, Building sustainable and collaborative supplier relationships.
Module 3: Logistics, Warehousing, and Distribution: Logistics planning and optimization: inbound and outbound logistics, Warehouse operations, layout planning, and inventory handling, Transportation management systems (TMS) and route planning, Distribution strategies and channel management, Reverse logistics and returns management, Key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics and distribution.
Module 4: Inventory and Demand Planning: Inventory classification techniques: ABC, VED, FSN, EOQ, Demand forecasting methods: qualitative and quantitative, Safety stock, reorder point, and inventory turnover ratios, Inventory optimization and cost control strategies, Use of software tools for inventory and demand planning, Integrating inventory planning with sales and operations planning (S&OP).
Module 5: Supply Chain Technology and Digital Transformation: Role of ERP, WMS, TMS, and SCM software in decision-making, Automation, IoT, RFID, and blockchain in supply chains, Data analytics and business intelligence for supply chain visibility, Cloud-based collaboration and real-time tracking tools, Digital twins and predictive analytics applications, Cybersecurity and data privacy in digital supply chains.
Module 6: Risk Management, Sustainability, and Strategic Consulting: Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks: geopolitical, financial, operational, Developing resilient supply chain strategies and business continuity plans, Green supply chain practices and environmental compliance, Ethical sourcing and corporate social responsibility (CSR), Performance benchmarking and continuous improvement models, Consulting frameworks and case studies in supply chain transformation.
