Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).
Objective: The Certified Cross-Border Logistics Coordinator course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills required to efficiently manage and coordinate international logistics operations across multiple countries. The course covers international trade regulations, customs procedures, documentation (such as invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin), Incoterms, import-export compliance, freight forwarding, and cross-border taxation.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Cross-Border Logistics: Basics of International Trade and Logistics, Role of a Cross-Border Logistics Coordinator, Global Supply Chain Structure, Importance of Cross-Border Compliance, Key Players in International Logistics, Challenges in Cross-Border Operations.
Module 2: Customs Procedures and Documentation: Types of Customs Documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO), Customs Clearance Process and Regulations, Harmonized System (HS) Codes and Classification, Role of Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) in Customs, Import/Export Licensing and Restrictions.
Module 3: Incoterms and International Contracts: Understanding Incoterms 2020 and Responsibilities, Risk Transfer and Cost Implications, Contractual Terms in Cross-Border Trade, Negotiating Shipping Agreements, Legal Framework for International Trade, Case Studies on Incoterm Application.
Module 4: Transportation Modes and Route Planning: Multimodal Transport in Cross-Border Logistics, Selection Criteria for Air, Sea, Rail and Road Transport, Route Optimization and Scheduling, Carrier Selection and Freight Booking, Cargo Insurance and Liability Coverage, Tracking and Visibility Tools.
Module 5: Trade Compliance and Risk Management: Regulatory Compliance for Different Regions (EU, US, Asia), Sanctions, Embargoes and Restricted Party Screening, Anti-Dumping and Trade Remedy Measures, Security Programs (C-TPAT, AEO), Risk Assessment and Mitigation Strategies, Handling Non-Compliance and Penalties.
Module 6: Technology and Coordination Tools: Digital Platforms for Cross-Border Logistics, Customs Management Software and TMS, Blockchain and IoT in International Trade, Data Accuracy and Real-Time Coordination, Collaboration with Global Stakeholders, Performance Metrics and Reporting in Cross-Border Operations.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
- Number of Questions- 30.
- Number of Questions from each module: 5.
- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
- There is no negative marking in any module.
