Objective: The objective of the Certified Event Photographer course is to equip aspiring and professional photographers with the skills, knowledge, and techniques necessary to successfully capture a wide range of live events such as weddings, corporate functions, concerts, festivals, and private parties. The course focuses on developing technical proficiency with camera equipment, mastering lighting in dynamic environments, understanding event flow, and working professionally with clients and vendors.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.
Assessment Modules:
Module 1: Foundations of Event Photography: Introduction to Event Photography, Understanding Different Types of Events, Role and Responsibilities of an Event Photographer, Basic Photography Terminology and Concepts, Understanding Client Expectations, Event Photography Ethics and Professionalism.
Module 2: Equipment and Technical Mastery: Essential Camera Gear for Events, Choosing the Right Lenses for Different Scenarios, Flash and Lighting Techniques, Camera Settings for Indoor and Outdoor Events, Backup Gear and Redundancy Planning, Memory Management and File Handling.
Module 3: Composition and Storytelling: Capturing Key Moments and Highlights, Framing and Composition Techniques, Working with Natural and Artificial Light, Storytelling through Sequential Shots, Creative Angles and Perspectives, Group and Candid Photography Best Practices.
Module 4: Event Workflow and Logistics: Pre-Event Planning and Scouting, Understanding Event Schedules and Itineraries, Communicating with Organizers and Vendors, On-Site Workflow and Time Management, Managing Multiple Locations and Setups, Safety, Etiquette and Crowd Navigation.
Module 5: Post-Production and Delivery: Importing and Organizing Event Photos, Culling and Selecting the Best Shots, Editing Techniques for Event Photography, Color Correction and Retouching, Creating Galleries and Slideshows, Timely Delivery and Client Feedback.
Module 6: Business and Career Development: Building a Portfolio and Website, Branding and Marketing for Event Photographers, Pricing Strategies and Packages, Contracts and Legal Considerations, Client Communication and Satisfaction, Growing Your Network and Getting Referrals.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
