Objective: The Certified Search Engine Marketing Specialist course is designed to equip learners with the strategic, creative, and analytical skills needed to plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across major search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo. The course covers the complete SEM ecosystem, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bidding strategies, Quality Score optimization, A/B testing, landing page design, performance tracking, and campaign reporting.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Understanding SEM and its role in digital marketing strategy, Differences between SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising, Overview of major SEM platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads, Key SEM terminology: CPC, CTR, Quality Score, Ad Rank, Conversion Rate, Structure of a successful SEM campaign: account > campaign > ad group > ad, Overview of the buyer’s journey and funnel-based SEM planning.
Module 2: Keyword Research and Campaign Planning: Using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, SEMrush for keyword research, Understanding match types: broad, phrase, exact, and negative keywords, Competitor keyword analysis and trend forecasting, Creating keyword lists based on intent and targeting, Structuring campaigns and ad groups for effective targeting, Setting budgets and bidding strategies aligned with campaign goals.
Module 3: Ad Creation and Copywriting for SEM: Writing effective text ads: headlines, descriptions, paths, and extensions, Creating compelling value propositions and call-to-actions, Using responsive search ads vs expanded text ads, Ad variations for A/B testing and optimization, Implementing ad extensions: site links, callouts, call, price, location, Writing ad copy for branded, generic, and competitor campaigns.
Module 4: Google Ads Manager and Campaign Execution: Setting up search and display campaigns in Google Ads, Defining audience segments, geo-targeting, device and schedule targeting, Creating ad groups and uploading creatives, Conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Analytics, Understanding Quality Score and improving Ad Rank, Monitoring budget pacing, click-through rate, and ad impressions.
Module 5: Optimization, Bidding, and Performance Reporting: Manual vs automated bidding strategies: Target CPA, ROAS, Maximize conversions, Optimizing campaigns for quality score, lower CPC, and better ROI, Using scripts, rules, and automated workflows, Running remarketing campaigns and audience lists, Creating custom reports and dashboards in Google Ads and Data Studio, Analyzing performance metrics and preparing insights for clients or stakeholders.
Module 6: Advanced SEM Strategies and Career Development: Running campaigns for eCommerce, lead generation, and mobile apps, Leveraging YouTube and Google Shopping campaigns, Cross-channel integration with SEO, social ads, and email, Preparing a portfolio with campaign mockups, reports, and case studies, Exploring SEM roles in agencies, startups, and freelance consulting, Staying updated with algorithm updates, ad policies, and AI-driven ad features.
