Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Principles of Hospital Administration and Governance: Introduction to hospital management and healthcare systems, Organizational structure and functions of a hospital, Roles and responsibilities of hospital administrators, Hospital governance and decision-making processes, Ethical and legal aspects of hospital management, Strategic planning and policy formulation.

Module 2: Hospital Operations and Facility Management: Management of hospital departments and support services, Planning and maintenance of hospital infrastructure, Equipment procurement and biomedical engineering coordination, Housekeeping, laundry, dietary, and transport services, Facility safety, security, and disaster preparedness, Environmental hygiene and infection control measures.

Module 3: Human Resource Management in Hospitals: Workforce planning and recruitment in hospital settings, Employee orientation, training, and development, Performance appraisal and employee motivation, HR policies, labor laws, and industrial relations, Staff scheduling and duty roster management, Managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Module 4: Financial and Material Resource Management: Hospital budgeting and cost control mechanisms, Billing systems and revenue cycle management, Procurement and inventory management of medical supplies, Insurance, reimbursement, and third-party payments, Financial reporting and audit procedures, Resource allocation and capital planning.

Module 5: Quality Assurance, Accreditation, and Patient Safety: Quality management systems in hospitals (TQM, CQI), NABH, JCI, and ISO accreditation standards, Clinical governance and healthcare audits, Patient safety practices and incident reporting, Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), Implementing SOPs and evidence-based practices.

Module 6: Hospital Information Systems and Legal Compliance: Overview of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Electronic Health Records (EHR), Data privacy, cybersecurity, and legal compliance (HIPAA, IT Act), Medicolegal aspects of hospital administration, Medical records management and documentation standards, Use of analytics and dashboards in hospital management, Legal responsibilities in malpractice and grievance redressal.
