Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.
Assessment Modules:
Module 1: Introduction to Contract Negotiation: Definition and Importance of Contract Negotiation, Stages of Contract Lifecycle, Types of Business Contracts, Roles and Responsibilities of a Negotiation Specialist, Key Legal Concepts in Contracts, Common Contract Structures and Formats.
Module 2: Preparation and Planning for Negotiation: Setting Objectives and BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement), Stakeholder Analysis and Team Roles, Researching the Counterparty and Market Conditions, Developing a Negotiation Strategy and Agenda, Identifying Priorities and Concessions, Understanding Cultural and Organizational Contexts.
Module 3: Communication and Negotiation Skills: Effective Verbal and Non-verbal Communication, Listening and Questioning Techniques, Building Rapport and Trust with Counterparties, Persuasion, Influence, and Assertiveness Skills, Managing Emotions and Conflict in Negotiations, Cross-cultural Communication in Global Deals.
Module 4: Negotiation Tactics and Strategies: Distributive vs. Integrative Bargaining, Use of Anchoring, Framing, and Offers, Counter-tactics and Dealing with Hard Bargainers, Multi-party and Complex Negotiations, Time Management and Deadlock Breaking Techniques, Simulation of Real-world Negotiation Scenarios.
Module 5: Legal and Risk Considerations: Identifying Legal Risks and Contractual Pitfalls, Drafting and Reviewing Key Contract Clauses, Compliance with Regulatory and Industry Standards, Intellectual Property, Liability, and Indemnity Provisions, Dispute Resolution and Termination Clauses, Working with Legal Advisors and In-house Counsel.
Module 6: Post-Negotiation Activities and Ethics: Documenting Agreements and Finalizing Contracts, Internal Approvals and Contract Execution, Contract Implementation and Relationship Management, Ethics and Transparency in Contract Negotiation, Lessons Learned and Negotiation Debriefing, Continuous Improvement and Professional Development.

- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
