Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Business Consulting: Role and scope of a business consultant, Types of consulting (strategy, operations, HR, IT, etc.), Consulting process and lifecycle, Ethical standards and professional conduct, Building client relationships, Understanding business environments.

Module 2: Business Analysis and Problem Solving: SWOT and PESTEL analysis, Root cause analysis and problem definition, Data collection and interpretation, Financial statement basics for consultants, Identifying performance gaps, Prioritizing business issues.

Module 3: Strategic Planning and Execution: Developing strategic objectives, Competitive analysis and positioning, Business model generation (e.g., Canvas), Creating actionable business plans, Risk assessment and mitigation, KPIs and performance measurement.

Module 4: Operations and Process Improvement: Mapping and analyzing business processes, Lean and Six Sigma fundamentals, Identifying inefficiencies and waste, Change management principles, Technology in operations improvement, Implementing process redesigns.

Module 5: Client Communication and Consulting Tools: Consulting proposals and contracts, Conducting effective client meetings, Presentation and storytelling techniques, Report writing and executive summaries, Facilitation and negotiation skills, Digital tools for consultants.

Module 6: Business Growth and Innovation Consulting: Market expansion strategies, Product and service innovation frameworks, Branding and customer experience, Financial forecasting and funding strategies, Scaling business operations, Monitoring and sustaining growth.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
