Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Business Communication: Importance of Effective Communication in Business, Principles of Business Communication, Communication Process and Flow, Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication, Barriers to Effective Communication, Ethical and Cross-Cultural Considerations.
Module 2: Written Business Communication: Business Letters and Emails, Report Writing and Proposals, Memo and Notice Drafting, Grammar and Professional Language Use, Formatting and Proofreading Techniques, Writing for Clarity and Impact.
Module 3: Oral and Interpersonal Communication: Public Speaking and Presentation Skills, Active Listening Techniques, Conducting and Participating in Meetings, Telephone and Video Conference Etiquette, Interpersonal Communication Styles, Giving and Receiving Feedback.
Module 4: Digital and Social Media Communication: Communicating in Digital Workspaces, Email Etiquette and Management, Social Media Communication for Business, Writing for Websites and Blogs, Instant Messaging and Chat Communication, Managing Online Reputation.
Module 5: Communication for Leadership and Teamwork: Persuasive Communication Techniques, Conflict Resolution and Negotiation, Motivational Communication, Team Collaboration and Communication, Communicating Organizational Vision and Values, Leadership Communication Styles.
Module 6: Business Communication Strategy and Improvement: Developing a Communication Plan, Audience Analysis and Message Design, Internal vs. External Communication, Measuring Communication Effectiveness, Adapting to Communication Technologies, Continuous Improvement in Communication Skills.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.

- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
