Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).
Objective: The Certified Email & Schedule Coordinator course aims to develop the skills necessary for managing professional email communication and scheduling efficiently. Participants will learn to organize inboxes, prioritize messages, use email etiquette, and employ advanced email management tools across platforms like Outlook, Gmail, and others.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.
Assessment Modules:
Module 1: Fundamentals of Email Management: Email platforms overview (Gmail, Outlook), Setting up and configuring email accounts, Organizing inbox with folders and labels, Email etiquette and professional communication, Managing spam and junk mail, Email security basics and phishing awareness.
Module 2: Advanced Email Techniques: Creating and using email templates, Scheduling emails and follow-ups, Managing contacts and mailing lists, Using email filters and rules for automation, Integrating email with calendar and task apps, Tracking email opens and responses.
Module 3: Scheduling Basics and Tools: Introduction to scheduling and calendar management, Overview of scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar), Creating and managing events and appointments, Setting reminders and notifications, Time zone management for scheduling, Sharing calendars and setting permissions.
Module 4: Meeting Coordination and Communication: Best practices for meeting invitations, Managing RSVPs and attendance, Preparing agendas and distributing materials, Virtual meeting platforms overview (Zoom, Teams, Meet), Coordinating follow-up actions and minutes, Handling rescheduling and cancellations.
Module 5: Time Management and Productivity: Prioritizing tasks and appointments, Using task management tools (To-Do, Trello), Techniques for managing multiple schedules, Avoiding scheduling conflicts and overlaps, Setting boundaries and managing interruptions, Reporting and reviewing schedule effectiveness.
Module 6: Professional Practices and Compliance: Maintaining confidentiality and data privacy, Legal considerations in communication and scheduling, Documentation and record-keeping best practices, Handling sensitive or confidential meetings, Ethical communication standards, Continuous improvement and feedback incorporation.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
- Number of Questions- 30.
- Number of Questions from each module: 5.
- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
- There is no negative marking in any module.
