Objective: The Certified Stakeholder Engagement Specialist (Education) course is designed to prepare education professionals to effectively identify, engage, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders—such as students, parents, educators, administrators, community members, and policymakers—to support educational initiatives and improve student outcomes. The course covers stakeholder mapping, communication strategies, conflict resolution, collaborative decision-making, and inclusive participation.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Stakeholder Engagement in Education: Definition and importance of stakeholder engagement, Types of stakeholders in education, Roles and responsibilities of an engagement specialist, Principles of effective engagement, Understanding educational ecosystems, Ethical considerations and inclusivity in stakeholder relations.
Module 2: Identifying and Mapping Stakeholders: Techniques for stakeholder identification, Stakeholder mapping and prioritization, Analyzing stakeholder interests and influence, Tools for stakeholder analysis, Engaging marginalized and underrepresented groups, Building stakeholder profiles.
Module 3: Communication Strategies for Stakeholder Engagement: Designing tailored communication plans, Effective interpersonal and group communication, Utilizing digital and traditional communication channels, Managing feedback and dialogue, Cultural competency in communication, Crisis communication and conflict management.
Module 4: Building and Maintaining Stakeholder Relationships: Trust-building techniques and rapport development, Collaborative decision-making approaches, Facilitating stakeholder meetings and forums, Managing expectations and addressing concerns, Conflict resolution strategies, Sustaining long-term partnerships.
Module 5: Planning and Implementing Engagement Activities: Setting objectives and measurable goals, Designing inclusive engagement programs, Coordinating outreach and participation events, Leveraging community resources, Monitoring and adjusting engagement initiatives, Promoting active stakeholder involvement.
Module 6: Evaluation, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement: Measuring engagement effectiveness and impact, Tools and methods for data collection, Analyzing stakeholder feedback, Reporting outcomes to stakeholders and leadership, Using insights for strategy refinement, Professional growth and learning opportunities.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
