Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).
Objective: The Certified Health Promotion Specialist course is designed to prepare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate health promotion and disease prevention initiatives across communities, workplaces, schools, and healthcare settings. The course covers health behavior theories, program planning, health education strategies, nutrition and physical activity promotion, mental health awareness, chronic disease prevention, and community engagement.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 3: Community Health Assessment and Planning: Assessing Community Health Needs, Data Collection and Analysis Methods, Identifying Priority Health Issues, Stakeholder and Community Engagement, Program Planning Models, Using Assessment Results for Program Design
Module 4: Health Promotion Program Implementation: Planning and Coordinating Health Promotion Activities, Resource and Budget Management, Partnership and Collaboration Strategies, Behavior Change Interventions, Monitoring Program Participation, Ensuring Quality and Safety
Module 5: Evaluation, Research, and Policy: Program Evaluation Methods, Health Promotion Research Basics, Using Evidence-Based Practices, Health Policy and Advocacy, Reporting and Documentation, Continuous Quality Improvement
Module 6: Professional Practice and Leadership: Ethical and Professional Standards, Leadership and Team Collaboration, Strategic Planning in Health Promotion, Innovation and Use of Technology, Stakeholder Communication and Reporting, Career Development and Professional Growth
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
- Number of Questions- 30.
- Number of Questions from each module: 5.
- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
