Objective: The Certified Relationship Manager (Banking) course is designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge required to effectively manage and nurture client relationships in the banking sector. It enables learners to understand banking products, financial services, and solutions to meet diverse customer needs while ensuring regulatory compliance and ethical practices.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Banking & Relationship Management: Overview of banking industry and its structure, Role and responsibilities of a Relationship Manager, Customer segmentation and profiling in banking, Banking products and services – deposits, loans, cards, wealth, Digital banking channels and trends, Regulatory environment and basic compliance
Module 2: Customer Acquisition, On‑boarding & Portfolio Management: Prospecting and lead generation techniques, Customer on‑boarding process including KYC/AML, Needs‑based selling and customer profiling, Relationship lifecycle management – acquisition, growth, retention, Portfolio segmentation and management, Cross‑selling and up‑selling strategies
Module 3: Product Knowledge & Solution Selling: In‑depth understanding of retail banking products (savings, current, fixed deposits, loans, credit cards), Commercial/SME banking products (working capital, term loans, trade finance), Investment and advisory solutions (mutual funds, insurance, wealth), Digital & payments ecosystem (mobile banking, UPI, e‑wallets, cards), Packaging customer‑specific solutions and value propositions, Pricing, profitability and sales targets in banking
Module 4: Customer Service, Relationship Deepening & Experience: Building long‑term customer relationships and trust, Customer experience management and service quality standards, Handling customer complaints and grievance redressal, Using CRM tools and data analytics for insights, Relationship review meetings and business reviews, Loyalty, referrals and advocacy programs
Module 5: Risk, Compliance & Credit Management for Relationship Managers: Credit underwriting basics for retail/business customers, Risk identification and mitigation in customer relationships, Compliance obligations (KYC/AML, privacy, consumer protection), Monitoring and managing portfolio risk – defaults, delinquencies, cross‑sell risk, Documentation, collateral and legal aspects, Ethics, professional conduct and regulatory breaches
Module 6: Strategic Relationship Management & Business Growth: Business planning and setting targets for relationship growth, Market awareness and competitive intelligence, Digital transformation and emerging trends in banking relationships (open banking, fintech partnerships), Use of analytics and dashboards for portfolio performance, Strategic partnerships and network building (co‑brands, alliances), Change management and continuous improvement in relationship management
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
