Objective: The Certified Agile Business Leader course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to lead organizations, teams, and projects effectively using agile principles and methodologies. The course covers agile frameworks (such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe), agile leadership skills, change management, strategic planning, team collaboration, project execution, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 4: Agile Project and Change Management: Agile project management principles, Iterative and incremental delivery, Risk management in agile projects, Change management and adaptation strategies, Tools for agile project tracking and reporting, Scaling agile across teams and departments
Module 5: Metrics, Performance, and Continuous Improvement: Defining key performance indicators (KPIs), Agile performance metrics (velocity, lead time, cycle time), Monitoring and evaluating team and project performance, Feedback loops and retrospectives, Data-driven decision-making, Continuous improvement frameworks and practices
Module 6: Professional Practice and Agile Leadership Development: Developing leadership skills in agile contexts, Communicating effectively with stakeholders, Building an agile organizational culture, Networking and professional growth opportunities, Ethical and responsible leadership, Continuous learning and keeping up with agile trends
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
