Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 3: Data Collection, Management & Analytics: Sources of data in hotels and tourism, Data collection methods and tools, Data cleaning and validation techniques, Database management and reporting, Statistical analysis for hospitality, Ensuring data quality and integrity
Module 4: Financial & Performance Analysis: Key financial metrics in hospitality (RevPAR, ADR, GOP), Budgeting and cost control analysis, Profitability and performance benchmarking, Revenue and expense trend analysis, Forecasting and scenario planning, Performance dashboards and KPI reporting
Module 5: Technology & Digital Transformation in Hospitality: Role of technology in business analysis, Hospitality software and management systems, Integration of PMS, POS, CRM and other platforms, Digital transformation strategies, Data visualization and reporting tools, Leveraging technology for operational efficiency
Module 6: Strategic Planning & Decision Support: Strategic business planning in hospitality, Decision support systems and tools, Stakeholder communication and reporting, Risk analysis and mitigation strategies, Identifying growth and innovation opportunities, Continuous improvement and business intelligence in hospitality operations
