Objective: The Certified Yoga & Meditation Research & Data Analyst course is designed to train individuals in the systematic study, analysis, and interpretation of data related to yoga and meditation practices. The course focuses on equipping participants with skills to design research studies, collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, evaluate outcomes, and generate evidence-based insights on the physical, mental, and psychological benefits of yoga and meditation.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Yoga & Meditation Research: History and philosophy of yoga, Overview of meditation practices, Importance of research in wellness, Research ethics and guidelines, Defining research objectives, Literature review and gap analysis
Module 2: Research Methodology & Design: Qualitative research methods, Quantitative research methods, Mixed-methods approach, Sampling techniques and population selection, Study design types (cross-sectional, longitudinal, experimental), Validity and reliability in research
Module 3: Data Collection Techniques: Surveys and questionnaires for yoga and meditation studies, Interviews and focus groups, Observation and case studies, Physiological and biometric measurements, Digital and wearable data tools, Best practices for accurate data collection
Module 4: Data Analysis & Statistical Tools: Introduction to statistical concepts, Descriptive and inferential statistics, Data visualization techniques, Using software for analysis (Excel, SPSS, R, Python), Interpreting research findings, Reporting statistical results effectively
Module 5: Evidence-Based Yoga & Meditation Practices: Evaluating research literature, Designing evidence-based interventions, Measuring outcomes of yoga and meditation programs, Assessing effectiveness and impact, Applying findings to practice, Continuous improvement and program adaptation
Module 6: Research Communication & Professional Development: Writing research reports and papers, Presenting findings to stakeholders, Academic and professional publication standards, Ethics in data reporting, Networking and collaboration in research, Career pathways in yoga and meditation research
